We are proud of our successful record for MEDICAL EXPERT LOCATION in the most difficult cases.  We have continued this accomplishment in the face of recent tort reform measures which have placed unreasonable and sometimes extreme restrictions on the qualifications of medical experts.

To achieve these results, all of our medical expert projects are individualized. We prepare direct presentations of the medical history and facts in your case, and a physician presents that summary to potential experts to assess their response.  Hours of professional time, discussing your case with a dozen or more independent experts, may be necessary to find the medical expert who will best fit your case.

We have already worked directly with over 2,600 medical professionals.  Nevertheless, evolving medical technology requires us to constantly identify and recruit the best available medical experts to meet our clients’ needs.  We demand medical experts who are Board Certified, actively practicing, and skilled communicators.  And, we protect their independence by never entering into financial or business agreements with them.

EXPERT LOCATION FEE after Comprehensive Case Review - $800

EXPERT LOCATION FEE if no prior record review - $975

A physician participates throughout the entire process in all of our medical record reviews.  Every record is reviewed, page by page and line by line, to look for inaccuracies, deviations, alterations, and omissions.

COMPREHENSIVE CASE REVIEW – This is our most popular service.  We review the complete medical record.  Our review includes a physician conference with the attorney to discuss merits and weaknesses of the case, causation issues, and damages.

Professional Fee for up to 1000 pages of medical record - $750

LIMITED CASE REVIEW – This is similar to our Comprehensive Review but limited to 50 pages of medical record.

Professional Fee for up to 50 pages of medical record - $475

CASE SCAN REVIEW – This is an inexpensive way to determine if a more in depth review is appropriate.  Case Scans include review of a one or two page attorney summary and up to 10 pages of medical record, plus a 30 minute physician-attorney conference.

Professional Fee for up to 10 pages of medical record - $325

URGENT HANDLING TO MEET DEADLINES is available.  When necessary, we can complete a record review or medical expert location project in 48 hours.

If your case requires medical literature research or other specialized expert support, we have the resources to meet your needs.  We will discuss projects with you in advance and accurately estimate the anticipated time involved prior to beginning work.

MEDICAL LITERATURE RESEARCH is available on an individualized case basis.  We can quickly arrange FORENSIC AUTOPSIES with Board Certified Pathologists.  Our resources also include nationally recognized MEDICAL ILLUSTRATORS and LIFE CARE PLANNERS.
