Credibility is essential on the witness stand, and our expert resources are respected Board Certified physicians or other highly credentialed medical professionals.  We do not keep doctors under contract or share in their fees.  This avoids creating the perception that they are “professional experts.”  All of our experts are in active practice and many of them also hold faculty appointments.

Once we have gained a thorough understanding of your case, we will assist you in locating the most qualified expert to meet your needs.  Frequently, we present your case to several physicians in the designated specialty before determining the best recommendation.  This individualized approach assures you of the strongest support for your case, while minimizing your risk of investing in expert reviews which produce negative opinions.

In locating experts, we consider such important issues as specialty and subspecialty certification, academic credentials, geographic location, and proven ability to convey meaningful information in the legal arena. Although our database holds almost 2000 experts, we frequently find that your case will require us to customize our search and identify a clinician who has not previously worked with one of our clients. In other words, instead of making your case fit our expert, we strive to find the expert who will best fit your case.
